We offer our umbrellas as a wet weather precaution for weddings, events and of course general use. Should you wish to return your purchase, you will first need to submit a return request here. Once this request has been received, you will receive authorisation from our customer services team along with a returns address. Please do not send us your return until you have received this authorisation.
We will only offer a full refund provided the items are unused* and a returrns request is submitted to us within 14 days from the date of order. Unfortunately, return requests received after your 14 day window will not be eligible for a refund. Once authorised, returns must reach us within 5 working days.
Once authorised and received at our headquarters address provided, a full refund will be given less the cost of our original delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Branded Umbrella Samples are produced specially and are non returnable and non refundable. Products sold to businesses or trade customers, where the person purchasing is not the end user, will be non returnable nor refundable. We are unable to accept returns from outside the UK.
Unused* - The umbrella must be in its original clear plastic sleeve having not been opened, with original tags still intact and attached if provided. The umbrella must be in a new, re-saleable condition and placed into the original boxes or suitably strong boxes for carriage. The condition of the umbrellas remains your responsibility until we have signed for them at our headquarters, so please make sure you have used sufficient tape to close any ends and support any weak areas, as well as using a signed-for service to ensure we receive it.
