3 Golf Courses to Visit This Spring

Its the end of winter, end of lockdown and everyone just wants to go out and enjoy life. If you’re a golf player, you can start planning golfing trips and exploring golf courses around the UK. Here are 3 you may have not heard about before: Dunaverty, Argyll, Scotland Located at a tranquil coast of Kintyre peninsula, this golf course is surrounded by two bays Dunaverty and Brunerican. It's smaller than other golf courses but has a charming unique layout with 18 holes. Aldeburgh, Suffolk One of the oldest clubs in Suffolk and modified quite a few times since its creation in 1884. It's a challenging one for the golfers with ever changing winds and abundance of yellow gorse. Still, it's strikingly beautiful in its rawness and natural landscape. Carne, Ireland Famous for its large dunes, this golf course is wild and natural. Created in 1993 but feels like its been there forever. Absolutely charming and dramatic! If you’re planning a trip to any of these golf courses make sure to remember to take a quality golf umbrella with you. April is a mix of warm and cold weather, dry and wet days and of course April Showers. Last thing you want is to be surprised with rain at a golf course you traveled to from a far. We have a selection of colourful golf umbrellas on a budget if you don't feel like you want to invest on this occasion. See the full selection here. It's such an exciting time to go back into playing and exploring new golf courses, stay safe and enjoy!
